FAQ: Why is my mobile app stuck on the Privacy Policy page, and I can’t see the “Agree and Continue” button?
Issue:
If your mobile app is stuck on the Privacy Policy page and you are unable to see or click the “Agree and Continue” button, it may be due to your device’s text size being set too large.
Steps to Resolve the Issue
For iPhone (iOS):
Open the Settings app.
Go to Display & Brightness.
Tap Larger Text.
Reduce the text size using the slider.
Turn off Larger Accessibility Sizes.
Ensure other display settings, such as Bold Text or Increase Contrast, are disabled.
Reopen the app and check if the “Agree and Continue” button is now visible.
For Android Devices:
Open the Settings app.
Go to Display (or Display & Brightness, depending on your device).
Tap Font Size or Font Size and Style.
Move the slider to the left to make the font smaller.
Reopen the app and check if you can now see and tap the “Agree and Continue” button.

Once you perform the above steps, you should be able to see the screen shown below on your mobile device.
