Step-by-Step Fixes
If Proctortrack fails to auto-launch:
1. Download Proctortrack
- Use the official link from your LMS or institution.
2. Install Proctortrack
Locate the downloaded
.zip
or.exe
file.Double-click the file to launch the installer.
Click Install and wait for installation to complete.
Click Close when finished.
3. Launch Proctortrack Exam Browser
Open the installed application.
Copy and paste your LMS URL into the browser.
Click Confirmed.
4. Get Started
You’ll be redirected to the “Let’s Get Started” page.
Acknowledge the Agreement Policy and click I Agree.
5. System Check (7-Point)
The following components will be checked:
Mouse
Keyboard
Hard Drive
Monitor
Microphone
Camera
System
6. Complete Verifications
Face Scan
ID Scan
Room Scan
Once completed, click Start Proctoring to begin your exam.
7. If the App Doesn’t Connect
Your Antivirus May Be Blocking Proctortrack
Temporarily disable your antivirus software.
Re-launch the Proctortrack app.
If it works, add Proctortrack as an exception in your antivirus settings.
