For MAC Computer/Laptop:

Navigate to the Proctortrack directory by following the below path: 

1. Goto the "Go" option on the top Menu bar.

2.  Click on "Go to Folder".

3. Type ~/Library/Application Support/ and press 'Enter' key

4. Select and Copy the "Proctortrack" folder.

5. Once they can access the Proctortrack folder, they can copy it to their Google Drive. 

6. Then, share access to that folder with the support team by emailing us at support@verificient.com, along with their registered email addresses and names.
