For Windows Computer:
 
Step 1: Navigate to the Proctortrack directory by following the below path: 


C:\Users"Current User Directory"\AppData\Roaming\Proctortrack (Note: The AppData folder is hidden by default.)


1. User/ Username

2. App Data

3. Roaming

4. Proctortrack


To unhide the AppData folder, follow the below steps

    Select the Start button, then select Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization.
   
     Select Folder Options/File Explorer Options and then select the View tab.
     Under Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then click OK.



Step 2: Once they have access to the Proctortrack folder, they can copy it to their Google Drive. 

Step 3: Then, share access to that folder with the support team by emailing us at support@verificient.com, along with their registered email addresses and names.
