Please change your DNS settings with the below steps.



  • Open Control Panel.


  • Click on Network & Internet.


  • Click on Network and Sharing Center.


  • Click the Change Adapter setting option from the left pane.


  • Right click the network adapter and select the Properties option.


  • Select the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" option.


  • Click the Properties button.


  • Under the "Use the following DNS server address" section, specify the "Preferred DNS server" as "8.8.8.8".



  • Specify the "Alternative DNS server" as "8.8.4.4".


  • Click the OK button.


  • Click the Close button.
