Please follow the below steps to uninstall the QT app and install the ET app
For Windows -
Step 1: Here is the path to reach Proctortrack directory C:\Users\"Current User Directory"\AppData\Local\Proctortrack (AppData folder is hidden by default)
Step 2: 1. To unhide, Select the Start button, then select Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization.
2. Select Folder Options, then select the View tab.
3. Under Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then select OK.
Step 3: Delete the Proctortrack folder present in the local folder.
Step 4: Please delete/Uninstall all the Proctortrack applications installed on your system.
Step 5: Download the new ET application from the Proctortrack download page.
For MAC-
Step 1: 1. Open the Finder App
2. On the menu bar on the top of the screen under the "GO" menu, navigate below and click on “Go to Folder"
Step 2: Please go to the below path and delete the Proctortrack folder -
-From the “Go” menu navigate down to “Go to Folder” and enter the ~/Library/Application Support/Proctortrack location in go to the menu.
- OR Hit Command+Shift+G open “Go to Folder” and enter ~/Library/Application Support/Proctortrack.
Step 3: Delete the Proctortrack folder
Step 4: Please Trash all the Proctortrack applications installed on your system.
(The Older Proctortrack application can be found in "Applications" or "/Users/<username>/Applications", depending on where it was installed.)
Step 5: Download the new ET application from the Proctortrack download page.
