After launching the Proctortrack app, if the app is stuck with a DNS error like the image shown below:
Then please try the steps below :
- Please try using MOZILLA FIREFOX browser first, this should resolve the issue. else continue with the steps below:
- Click on https://app.verificient.com:54545/proxy_server/app/proctoring_started/
- Click on advanced.
- Click on Proceed to app.verificient.com on the page.
- Then retry by launching the app on the download page again.
