1) Uninstalling the App from Windows Operating System:
1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Control Panel and select it from the results.
2. Select Programs >> Then click on Uninstall a Program
3. Press and hold (or right-click) on the Proctortrack App and select Uninstall. Then follow the directions on the screen.
2) Uninstalling the App from the Mac Operating System:
1. Click the Launchpad icon on the dock (it’s a spaceship)
2. Click and hold any app until all of the icons start shaking.
3. Find the Proctortrack App and tap the Delete button (it looks like an X)
