Sometimes when test-takers face technical issues during live proctoring and there is an updated build of Proctortrack application is available, our proctors will share the link to the updated version of Proctortrack to help resolve the technical issue.


Also, our support team uses the licensed version of Teamviewer to provide remote support, and hence our support staff , after their permission to use a remote connection app, may request test-takers to download and run Teamviewer client associated with our licensed team viewer version, if needed to provide expedited support.

Teamviewer unfortunately sometimes pops the following message on macOS Catalina or higher stating that this Team viewer client app cannot be checked as it is directly downloaded, as shown in the screenshot below.
