What are the steps to reset the Test attempt for learners in Open edX : Support

Steps :

1) Go to the Instructor dashboard

2) Please click on Instructor Tab

3) Then Click on the Special Exams Tab

4) Under the Student Special Exam Attempts tab, Search and delete the student attempt to reset it

Note: Once you have reset the attempt, please reach out to Proctortrack support to abandon the previous session.
