Network Connectivity: Ensure that you are not connected to any restricted network or work network that may interfere with the app's functionality.
System Requirements: Verify if your computer meets the necessary Proctortrack requirements. You can find detailed information about the technical requirements here.
Anti-virus/Firewall Settings: Check if any installed anti-virus or firewall software is blocking or deleting the Proctortrack app. If so, temporarily disable the antivirus software and try launching the app again.
Virtual Machines: Proctortrack does not support virtual machines. Ensure that you are not attempting to launch the app on a virtual machine environment.
Background Processes: Check if the Proctortrack application is already running in the background. To do so:
On Windows: Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open Task Manager, navigate to the Details tab, search for "Proctortrack," and end the process.
