Go to System Preference --> Security and Privacy -> Privacy tab --> Enable check box for following options:
1. Camera
2. Microphone
3. Automation:
- Google Chrome
- System Events
Allow Microphone, Webcam on latest macOSX - 10.14 - Mojave
