There are few services which Proctortrack app cannot close due to restricted access and student need to close those services from task manager.
Please follow the following steps to close the DbxSvc manually :
1. Open the " Task Manager " by right-clicking at the bottom of your Windows laptop ( Or you can open the Task Manager by pressing ALT+CTRL+DELETE keys of your keyboard altogether ).
2. Click on " More Details ".
3. Under " Background processed " (3), try to find " Dropbox Service " (4 ). Click on the expand button " > " and select " DbxSvc " (4 ) and simply click on " End Task " ( 5 ).
4. Click on the " Retry " button in the Proctortrack and you should be able to proceed further.
