Please follow the instructions in case that your if your Mac system is slow:
Quit all the applications which you do not need to use while proctoring.
If you are going to use any applications (such as Excel, Word, etc.), try launching them before starting the proctoring session.
Prioritize using Safari over Chrome and avoid using Firefox.
Please disable all browser extensions and close all unnecessary tabs.
Trim your dashboard widgets. Keep only a few items on the dashboard.
Open only one or two Excel windows at a time.
