During proctoring sessions, Proctortrack monitors: 

  • the video feed from your webcam
  • eye tracking
  • audio levels in your environment
  • hardware devices connected to your computer
  • the names of any applications / processes running on your system
  • whatever is viewable on your screen
  • keystrokes
  • the identity of the individual taking the exam (continuously)

Among the common things we are asked, but Proctortrack DOES NOT do:

  • Monitor your web browsing history
  • View or read personal files on your computer
  • Have a person watching live sessions (your professor reviews at a later date)
