1. Please check the task manager if the Proctortrack app running at the background. If yes, close the app by selecting Proctortrack and clicking on END TASK. Then refresh the Download page for Proctortrack in the Browser and re-run the Proctortrack app. 


  1. Please END the Proctoring if it is ON and then Start the Proctoring process all over again by going back to the Test link in the LMS. The test attempt will not be counted if you haven't started the Test.
