1. Click on the Apple icon.
2. Go to System Preferences.
3. Then click on the Sound.
4. Go to the "Input" tab and increase the Input Volume to the maximum. Also, make sure the Use ambient noise reduction checkbox is unchecked.
Allow Microphone on latest MacOSX - 10.14 - Mojave.
Please Go to System Preference
Click on Security and Privacy
Then go to the Privacy tab.
Click on the Lock Icon at the bottom left of the Security & Privacy Tab then Enter the system Password.
the Click on Microphone Option from the left panel.
Enable Proctortrack.
