You can also refer to the below step to resolve the DNS Issues (Windows)
Please right-click on the Wi-Fi icon at the bottom-right corner of your screen on the taskbar.
Open ‘Network and Internet Settings’.
Click on the ‘Change Adapter Options’.
Right-click on the connected internet type ‘Wi-Fi / Ethernet’.
Select ‘Internet Protocol Version 4’ and click on ‘Properties’.
Select 'Use the following DNS server addresses:' radio button and enter DNS address
in 'Preferred DNS Server' i.e. ‘8.8.8.8’ and in 'Alternate DNS Server' enter ‘8.8.4.4’
Then click ‘OK’ to apply changes and ‘Close’.
