You can also refer to the below step to resolve the Microphone Issues (Windows)
Please click on the Sound icon at the bottom-right corner of your screen on the taskbar.
Then click on ‘Sounds’.
Then click on the ‘Recording’ tab.
Click the ‘Recording’ tab for visual verification that your microphone works and that the microphone set as default is the one that is working.
Open Microphone and click on the Levels tab in the new window. Adjust the acuity of the microphone using the slider bar and make sure it is not muted.
Click OK to apply changes and close.
Right-click on the speaker icon in the lower right of the desktop and open the Volume Mixer. Be sure that Speakers and System Sounds are turned up and not muted.
Also, check if the Microphone is allowed to access the Apps on Windows. Go to "Microphone Privacy Settings" from the Start menu, and make sure it’s Turned ON.
