Before taking your live exam, completing and verifying your onboarding is essential. Your Onboarding Status is always visible at the top right corner of your Proctortrack student dashboard.
Important: Complete your onboarding at least two days prior to your actual exam date to allow time for processing, approval, and issue resolution. Late onboarding may delay or prevent your exam access.
Refer to the dashboard screenshot below for assistance locating your onboarding status indicator.
After Completing Onboarding
Once you submit your onboarding test:
You will receive an onboarding processing email.
A final email will either confirm approval or provide instructions if a resubmission is needed.
You can check your onboarding status at any time through your Proctortrack dashboard.
Why Was My Onboarding Profile Not Approved?
Your onboarding profile may fail due to:
Missing or incomplete face scan
Missing or incomplete ID scan
Invalid ID (expired, blurry, or incorrect document)
Poor lighting conditions affecting scan clarity
If onboarding fails, you will receive a detailed email outlining the specific issue and steps to resubmit your scan(s).
