How to Schedule or Reschedule a Live Proctoring Exam
If your exam requires live proctoring, you will need to schedule a session within the designated test window. Follow the steps below to complete the scheduling process.
Before You Begin
Ensure that your Onboarding is complete:
Log in to your student account and navigate to the Proctortrack Dashboard.
Verify that your Onboarding Status displays as Passed.
Only after passing the Onboarding can you proceed to schedule your exam.
Scheduling a Live Proctoring Exam
Log in to the Proctortrack Dashboard and locate your exam under the list of available tests.
Click the Schedule button next to your exam.
Select a suitable date and time from the available slots within the exam window.
Click ‘Click to Schedule’, then confirm by clicking OK.
Once confirmed, the button will update to Confirmed, and you will receive an email notification.
Rescheduling or Cancelling a Live Proctoring Exam
If you need to change your scheduled appointment:
1. Click the Requested or Confirmed button next to the scheduled exam.
2. Choose either Reschedule Exam to select a new date and time, or Cancel This Event to cancel the appointment.
3. Once your scheduling is successfully completed, the button next to your exam will update to Confirmed. You will also receive an email notification confirming your scheduled session. Click on the Confirmed button to proceed.
The updated appointment details will appear next to your exam listing.
Additional Information
You must complete the initial verification process before scheduling your live proctoring exam.
After scheduling, the scheduled date and time will be visible when you click Go To Test from the dashboard.
If needed, you can modify the scheduled time by clicking Edit and following the rescheduling steps.
