Blank Test Page or Missing Questions

If you encounter a blank test page or do not see any questions after starting proctoring, it could indicate a connectivity or browser-related issue. Here’s what to do:

1. Verify Proctortrack is Running

If an error message indicates that Proctortrack is not running:

2. Check Your Browser

If the test page loads initially but then disappears:

  • Ensure you are using an updated version of your browser (Chrome is recommended).

  • If the test window closed accidentally, check your browser history to locate and reopen the test page.

There is also a chance the test page may already be open in:

  • Another browser window

  • Another tab within your current browser

Check carefully before proceeding.
