Having Trouble Logging In?
If you’re experiencing issues accessing your Proctortrack account, follow the steps below to quickly resolve login problems.
Important: Make sure you are attempting to log in through the correct regional URL for your institution.

How to Log In?
Visit the correct Login URL for your region.
Enter your Username and Password.
Click Sign In to access your account.
If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the reset process below.
How to Reset Your Password
If you’re unable to remember your password:
Go to your regional Login URL.
Click on Forgot Password.
Enter your registered email address and click Reset my password.
Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a password reset email.
In the email, click Reset Password.
Enter your New Password, confirm it, and click Save.
Return to the login page, enter your username and new password, and click Sign In.
Once your password is updated, you should be able to access your account immediately.
