1. After upgrading to macOS Ventura or Sonoma, if you download the TeamViewer app for the first time, it can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. A dialog box pops up, click the "OK" button and the application will close.


2. However, if you accidentally close the dialog box pop-up, you can still locate the TeamViewer Quick Support application by going to your 'Downloads' folder. Once you have located the application, you can proceed with launching it by clicking on "Open". 


3. A dialog box pops up, click the "Open" button and the application will close.


4. Click on "Apple Icon" --> "System Settings"


5. Go to "System Settings" --> "Privacy & Security"

6. Go to "System Settings" --> "Privacy & Security" --> "Accessibility"  --> "To enable TeamViewer Quick Support, simply toggle the switch in front of it."

Note: If you cannot locate the TeamViewer Quick Support application under Accessibility, click the (+) button and add the TeamViewer Quick Support app from your download folder or applications.


7, Go to "System Settings" --> "Privacy & Security" --> "Screen & System Audio Recording"  --> "To enable TeamViewer Quick Support, simply toggle the switch in front of it."

Note: If you cannot locate the TeamViewer Quick Support application under Screen & System Audio Recording, click the (+) button and add the TeamViewer Quick Support app from your download folder or applications.


8. After completing the above steps, head to the download section and double-click on the TeamViewer Quick Support file.


9. Open the application and share your session code, which will start with S.
