For allowing Webcam access, please follow the below steps:

Please follow the below steps:

1. Click on the video icon on the address bar and select "Always allow https://dmv.verificient.com to access your camera and microphone", as shown in the image below



2. Once done click on 'Done' button. This will allow access to your camera and microphone for your browser and will redirect you to the scans page, where you can continue with your scans and then further steps.

  • To update the webcam drivers, please go to Device Manager from the Start menu, and open Webcam Properties under ‘Imaging or Camera’ Devices.

  • Please go to the ‘Driver’ tab & click on ‘Update Drivers’.

  • Then click on ‘Browse my computer for driver software’.

  • Click ‘Let me pick from a list of available drivers’.

  • Please ensure the ‘show compatible hardware’ box is checked, and then choose ‘USB Video Device’ and install that driver.

  • Windows has successfully updated your drivers. 

  • Also check if the Camera is allowed to access the Apps on Windows. Go to "Camera Privacy Settings" from the Start menu, and make sure it’s Turned ON.



If you have any privacy setting restrictions, please follow the steps given below:

Select Start > Settings > Privacy > Camera. When prompted to Allow access to the camera on this device, select Change and make sure Camera access for this device is turned on.
