Please follow the below steps to uninstall the DMVProctor Plugin
1. To Uninstall DMVProctor plugin - Go to your Google Chrome menu >> Then click on 3 vertical dots at the top-right corner of your screen.
2. Then click on More tools >> Then click on Extensions
3. Then slide toggle next to DMVProctor extension or select Remove.
4. You will see a Pop-up to remove the plugin >> Please click on Remove button.

Please follow the below steps to reinstall the DMVProctor Plugin
1. To Install DMVProctor Plugin - Login to your account >> Click on 'Go To Test' button infront of the desired exam >> Then click on the Download CA DMV online proctor Chrome plugin option
2. Then click on Add to chrome to add the MVProctor plugin.
3. Once you click on Add to Chrome, it will verify the extension if it is legitimate and give the option to add the extension >> Then click on 'Add Extension' to add the extension.
4. After adding extension to the Chrome, you need to follow one more step to allow access to URL's by following below path.Click on the Extension symbol as seen in below picture (left side of download symbol) then click on 3 vertical dots and click on Manage extension
5. Then enable the 'Allow access to file URL's' option
