Right-click on the Windows logo at the bottom left and open Control Panel>Hardware and Sound.
Under Devices and Printers, open Device Manager.
Click on Imaging Devices (or Camera). If there is more than one integrated camera, disable the first and enable the second.
Log in to the test platform to see if Chrome is detecting the camera.
If Chrome is not detecting the camera, return to the Device Manager and restore the original camera default.
If this does not enable the camera, update the device driver.
