If the proctoring data upload is stuck and incomplete, you will just need to disable and re-enable the plugin again.
You can do this by toggling the switch corresponding the the MVProctor plugin as shown in below screenshots.
1. Disable the Plugin from Google Chrome extensions window.
2. Enable the Plugin again, once you do this, upload should resume automatically.
