Step 1- First, click the apple icon 
on top left corner > Select System Preferences... from the menu. Then click Security & Privacy.
Step 2 - Click Privacy tab.
Step 3 - Click Camera on the left-hand column, then tick the box next to Google Chrome.
Step 4 - Click Microphone on the left-hand column, then tick the box next to Google Chrome.
Step 5 - Please go to screen recording then click on the "click the lock to make changes "Enter your username and password then check the box in front of google chrome.
Step 6 - Please check if Camera and Microphone are allowed in Google Chrome Browser.
Note: If you don't see Camera or Google Chrome option, please update your Mac Operating System to the latest version (Click Apple Icon > About This Mac > Software Update...) and update your Chrome browser to the latest version as well.
