Please follow the steps below if the application is stuck on Uploading after you have completed the exam

  • Close the application which is stuck on uploading screen.
  • Go to Downloads folder
  • Search Proctortrack
  • Run Proctortrack Application
  • Try to change to mobile hotspot or other high speed Wi-Fi network

This will start the uploading again.


Even after doing the above steps the application is still stuck on uploading please follow the steps below.


Windows:

  • Go to this path to reach Proctortrack directory C:\Users\"Your username"\AppData\Roaming\Proctortrack (AppData folder is hidden by default)
  • To unhide the AppData folder, follow the below steps

    Select the Start button, then select Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization.

    Select Folder Options and then select the View tab.

    Under Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then click OK.

  • Copy Proctortrack Folder and upload it to Google drive.

  • Share the folder with support@verificient.com

  • Email us with the drive link to Support@verificient.com


MAC:

  • Click on Finder
  • Click on "GO" at the top bar
  • Click on "Go to Folder"
  • Type "~/Library/Application Support"
  • Search for Proctortrack folder
  • Copy Proctortrack folder to Google drive and share with support@verificient.com
  • Email us with the drive link to support@verificient.com
