Here are some of the known issues on the Moodle platform faced by the candidates after they begin the Proctoring session:


  • Candidates not forwarded to the exam page after they begin Proctoring. In this case you just need to end the current proctoring session and start over the entire process again. Please do not worry, your exam attempt will still remain intact, as the attempt is counted only after you enter the exam password/access code.

  • Make sure that you have entered the exam password/access code and then hit the ENTER button or Start attempt.

  • If you click the Start Attempt button without entering the password , it will again forward you to the Proctortrack Dashboard, here you will need to end the current Proctoring session and start over again.

  • Always ensure that you are using the Google Chrome browser for a smooth experience
