If the Proctortrack app crash,  it may be for one of the following reasons: 


  • Please check if the webcam is working and update drivers if your using windows computer.

            If you are using MAC and the app crash during your face scan or any of the scans then for that you need to install a free version of Manycam from Manycam.com.

  • Please check the CPU usage of your computer.


To check the CPU usage on the Windows you need to hold the keys CRTL+SHIFT+ESC or right click on the taskbar and select the task manager and click on "more details".


To check the CPU usage on MAC Hit Command+Spacebar to bring up the Spotlight search field. Type in “Activity Monitor” Hit the Return key when “Activity Monitor” populates in the spotlight results. 


  • Please check if your computer meet the Proctortrack requirments.
