This is a known bug in eCollege and unfortunately beyond our control.

If you encounter a prompt (like the one in the image below) asking you to enter a password right after clicking the Exam link and before you've launched Proctortrack, 

You'll need to logout and log back in to eCollege. 

 You cannot just close the tab or browser, you have to actually click "Log out." ,  

and then log back in to resolve this issue.

To Logout of eCollege, follow the images below and click on the marked icons/switches. on the LOG OFF icon, in the Bottom Left Corner 

2. then click on the SIGN OFF icon, in the Top Right corner

3.  Once, Logged out, please close the current tab and open a New Tab in the browser and Login to eCollege .
