This is a known bug in eCollege and is unfortunately beyond our control.

If you encounter a prompt (like the one in the image below) asking you to enter a password right after clicking the exam link and before you've launched Proctortrack, you'll need to logout and log back into eCollege. You cannot just close the tab or browser, you have to actually click "Log out", and then log back in to resolve this issue.


To log out of eCollege, follow the images below and click on the marked icons and switches. 

1. Click on the log off icon, in the bottom-left corner. 

2. Click on the sign off icon in the top-right corner.

3.  Once logged out, please close the current tab, open a new tab, and log into eCollege.
