Please check the task manager (CTRL + ALT + DELETE) to see whether Proctortrack is running in the background. If it is, close Proctortrack by selecting it and clicking END TASK. Then refresh the download page for Proctortrack in the browser and re-run the Proctortrack app.
Please END the proctoring if it is on and then restart the proctoring process by going back to the test link in the LMS. The test attempt will not be counted if you haven't started the test.
